European Audiovisual Observatory,
is the only centre of its kind to gather and circulate
information on the audiovisual industry in Europe. The
Observatory is a European public service body with 35
member States and the European Community, represented
by the European Commission. It works alongside a

IMAGO,
the European Federation of National
Cinematographers Associations, was officially founded
in Rome in 1992.
The main purpose of the Federation is to
champion and uphold the high standards achieved by the
Cinematography Profession, and via a constant exchange
of experience to promote the spread of that
highly-specialised culture on which the long-standing
technical and artistic quality of the European Cinema
industry is firmly based. |
